Q. Can I change the number of users at any time?
A. For the duration of the pilot, you will have a fixed number of licences allowing you to add users as needed along the way.
Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. To make the most of the pilot, there is an initial 3 month period which then moves to monthly rolling from there.
Q. Do users have to have a different licence for each device they use?
A. Not at all, once registered and licenced in your account, they are free to login using any device they need on the app or web.
Q. Can we pay by invoice rather than Direct Debit?
A. Yes, for companies opting for the 50 users package we offer invoicing as a payment method. Please get in touch to find out more.
Q. What modules do we get access to?
A. During the pilot, you'll have access to all modules within the system. Moving forward, just discuss with your pilot manager the best way forward.
Q. When will we billed?
A. You will be billed monthly after the date of your account registration. For example, if you sign up on June 15th, your first invoice will be on July 15th, and then the 15th of each month thereafter.
