Q. Can I change the number of users at any time?
A. Yes, you can easily add or reduce the number of users or which modules they are licenced to use at any time.
Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. Yes, our standard contracts are monthly rolling so you will only be billed up to the end of the billing cycle you cancel on.
Q. Do users have to have a different licence for each device they use?
A. Not at all, once registered and licenced in your account, they are free to login using any device they need on the app or web.
Q. Can we pay by invoice rather than Direct Debit?
A. Yes, for accounts with more than 50 users we offer invoicing as a payment method. Please get in touch to find out more.
Q. Do you offer volume based discounts?
A. We do! If you are looking to enroll more than 100 users please get in touch with our sales team who will be able to tell you more.
Q. Can some users access the system for free?
A. Yes, we offer a free tier account for users who only need basic functionality such as accessing their Digital ID or site information.
Q. Can I change what modules we're subscribed to?
A. Yes, you can change both the number and which modules you need at any time. Just go on to the management system and choose what's needed at the time.
Q. When will we billed?
A. You will be billed monthly after the date of your account registration. For example, if you sign up on June 15th, your first invoice will be on July 15th, and then the 15th of each month thereafter.
