Every induction generates a unique QR code and digital record, which can be easily linked to other features such as Safety Cards and Incident Reporting.

For example, when a Safety Card is issued, managers can instantly view the person’s most up-to-date induction record – and the Safety Card is automatically uploaded to it.

Through the Work Wallet app and portal, you have instant access to all site records and data, fully GDPR compliant and completely secure. This means no more paper forms left lying around, and peace of mind knowing personal information is always protected.

Easily create, edit, and update inductions

One of the features our clients love most is the ability to create and update their own induction material, keeping everything current and relevant. With the Work Wallet platform, you can build an induction and instantly make updates whenever government guidelines or company policies change – all from your app or portal.

Every time you update an induction, a new version is automatically created. You then decide whether to simply update the content for new starters or to invalidate previous versions. If you choose to invalidate, the system sends a link to everyone affected, notifying them that their induction is no longer valid and guiding them to complete the updated version.

This ensures your workforce always has the latest information and keeps your business fully compliant.
