Introducing Assets+: A Smarter Way To Inspect, Track And Manage Your Assets

Our digital Asset Inspections module lets you scan, inspect and manage all your critical assets quickly, easily and with full records in place. This week we’re rolling out Assets+, the biggest update to the module yet, adding custom workflows, AI image analysis and contractor access, all built to give you more flexibility and better data from every inspection.

Here’s what’s new.

Build enhanced asset workflows

Asset Inspections just got a lot more flexible. New components let you build nested layers and capture custom data, so your workflows can be tailored to suit whatever environment you work in. Whatever your assets look like and however your team inspects them, Assets+ adapts to fit.

AI image analysis

Every inspection photo can now be analysed instantly by our AI, identifying defects, recording observations and flagging anything that needs attention, so nothing slips through the cracks. It’s the same AI powering Audits+, now built into asset inspections too, and it changes the way inspections get done.

No more scrolling back through photos later trying to remember what you saw. No more guessing what needs a closer look. The AI does the heavy lifting so your team doesn’t have to.

Save hours on every inspection. The AI highlights issues in photos, suggests findings and pre-fills descriptions, building out the record for you. Inspections that used to take a lot of writing up now take minutes.

Catch what tired eyes miss. Human attention drifts, especially on the fiftieth asset of the day. The AI doesn’t. It spots damage, wear, corrosion and other defects consistently, asset after asset, like having a second pair of expert eyes on every check.

Assets in the Contractor Gateway

Assets are now available directly in the Contractor Gateway, giving contractors fast, self-service access to the information they need. They can scan an asset’s QR code or search by its ID to view asset details and complete inspections on the spot.

A simplified user interface

Both the portal and mobile app have a new, clean interface designed to make completing asset inspections quicker and easier than ever. Less time navigating menus, more time getting the job done.

Detailed BI data

Assets+ captures richer, more detailed inspection data, in real time. That means more possibilities for your custom BI reports and better visibility into asset condition and performance across your business.

Custom asset inspection templates

Custom templates let you upload and manage your own tailored designs and layouts, replacing the previous system-wide template with something built around how your business actually works.

New licences

Asset Inspector+ and Asset Manager+ are new premium licences available in addition to our standard Asset licences, giving you choice and flexibility. If you’re on our All-In Bundle, you’ll get Asset Manager+ automatically, no action needed.
