The Jockey Club’s Experience with Work Wallet

At The Jockey Club, Work Wallet is now central to managing contractor and partner documentation across major temporary-structure builds. Cheltenham Festival provides a clear example of the scale and impact: each year, over 45,000 square metres of ground is prepared, with more than 100 contractors and partners involved. This year alone, 107 contractors submitted around 245 sets of RAMS documentation through Work Wallet.

Transforming Site Inductions

The Jockey Club has also completely modernised its induction process using the Work Wallet inductions module. • 1,745 inductions completed for Cheltenham last year
• 873 inductions already completed this year

Since launching Work Wallet’s issue reporting in October 2024, the team has not necessarily seen an increase in overall reporting volume – but what has changed is the quality and completeness of the information captured. By tailoring the question sets, they now ensure every report includes the relevant detail needed for effective follow-up and safety management.
