We’re delighted to announce that Work Wallet, in collaboration with Incora, has won Technological Innovation Project of the Year at the IIRSM Risk Excellence Awards 2025!
This prestigious award recognises outstanding innovation and impact within the global risk and safety management industry, and we couldn’t be prouder to be among the winners.
We were honoured to be shortlisted alongside major organisations such as University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, and we are incredibly proud that our work stood out for its practical impact and people-first approach to technology.
Transforming Global Health and Safety with Incora
Together with Incora, a world-leading aerospace and defence supply chain specialist, we’ve implemented Work Wallet’s digital health and safety platform across 24 countries, reaching nearly 4,000 employees.
Our shared goal? To make safety simple, accessible and part of everyone’s day-to-day role, no matter where they are in the world.
With multilingual support, real-time mobile tools and easy-to-use features like incident reporting, audits and risk assessments, teams can now engage with health and safety in a way that’s proactive and intuitive.

- A widespread shift towards a proactive safety culture
This project demonstrates that with the right tools, businesses can drive genuine cultural change in their approach to health, safety, and risk, even across complex, global operations.
