We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Work Wallet, in partnership with Incora, has won Technological Innovation Project of the Year at the IIRSM Risk Excellence Awards 2025!

This highly anticipated annual award celebrates outstanding contributions and forward thinking solutions within the global risk management industry.

We were up against some incredible contenders, including The Estates and Facilities Management, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Making Safety Simple, Everywhere

Working with Incora, a world-leading aerospace and defence supply chain business, we’ve rolled out our digital safety platform to nearly 4,000 employees across 24 countries.

The aim? To make safety easy, inclusive and something everyone feels part of.

Using Work Wallet’s mobile-friendly, multilingual tools, teams around the world can now report issues, manage risks and stay safe, all in real-time, wherever they are.

And the results speak for themselves. Here's a snippet:

• 🚀 87% boost in safety engagement

• 📉 36% drop in Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR)

• 🌍 A major shift towards proactive safety culture across the board
