User Account Deletion

Work Wallet provide a range of Health & Safety tools for businesses to help manage their safety obligations. As detailed in our privacy policy we act as a data processor for our clients who are the ultimate data controller for user data. If you are a user of our system and would like your data deleted from Work Wallet, you should make a request to the account owner in the first instance.

Do note, most data held within Work Wallet is required to be held for a period of years under the account owner’s legal obligations for safety data record keeping, so it may not always be possible for them to immediately delete all data, but this should be discussed with you as part of any request.
